41-year-old man shot during attempt robbery
A 41-year-old man was hurt in what police described as an attempted robbery.
The man was walking in the 7800 block of South Shore Drive when someone
approached on foot and announced a robbery about 2 a.m.
During a struggle, the man was shot in right forearm. He was taken to
Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition had stabilized.
