18 year old and 26 year old shot in ChathamIn an attack, in the East Chatham neighborhood, a 26-year-old man was shot in the leg and an 18-year-old man was shot in the hand around 10:15 a.m. in the 1000 block of East 80th Street.
The older man was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital, while the other was taken to Jackson Park Hospital. Their conditions had been stabilized
19 year old man shot in South ShoreAt about 11:30 a.m. in the 7200 block of South Coles Avenue in the South Shore neighborhood, a 19-year-old man was shot in the left leg and suffered a graze wound to his left foot. The man's condition had been stabilized at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
2 teens shot in Grand CrossingTwo teens were shot about 8:10 p.m. Thursday in the 7300 block of South Dorchester Avenue in the Grand Crossing neighborhood. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the back and a 16-year-old was shot in the leg. The two heard shots and felt pain.
The older teen was taken to Comer Children's Hospital with a back wound and was stable. The younger teen was taken to Jackson Park Hospital with a leg wound and was in good condition
19-year-old man shot in Park ManorA 19-year-old man was shot in the 400 block of East 69th Street. He was near a bus stop when someone on foot shot him in the buttocks, ran north and ditched a handgun next to a vacant apartment building on King Drive.
The 19-year-old was taken to Stroger Hospital.
25-year-old man shot in Portage ParkAbout 2 a.m. Friday, a 25-year-old man was shot just north of Irving Park Road on Long Avenue, just outside Portage Park. He was standing with a woman when two men across the street started firing toward him.
He was hit in the arm and taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized.
