39-year-old man shot in Lawndale
Earlier Saturday, a 39-year-old man was shot in the 1600 block of South Karlov
Avenue in the Lawndale neighborhood. He had been shot after an argument with
another man about 3 p.m., police said. He's in good condition at Mount Sinai
Hospital.
34-year-old man shot in Ravenswood Manor
A shooting in the Ravenswood Manor neighborhood about 10 p.m. left a 34-year-old
man wounded.
The man was approached by four others in the 4700 block of North Sacramento
Avenue and one fired, striking him in his lower right leg. His condition has
stabilized at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Man shot in Gresham
Early Sunday morning, about 4:50 a.m., a man in his 40s was shot in the 8000
block of South Loomis Boulevard in the Gresham neighborhood. He was taken to
Advocate Christ Medical Center with a wound to his shoulder.
Man shot in Woodlawn
A man believed to be 24-years-old was wounded this afternoon in a shooting on the
South Side in the city's Woodlawn neighborhood.
The man was shot about 3:44 p.m. in the 600 block of East 67th Street.
The man suffered a gunshot wound to his thigh and was taken to Stroger Hospital where his condition was stabilized
