The 20-year-old, Jerrelle Samuels, was sitting on his front porch in the 300
block of East 134th Street when a shooter in a dark sedan opened fire about
12:30 a.m..
Samuels was struck in the head

He was not Mexican. He was a bright young man who was mistaken for someone else. Yes he was fronm the hood but he graduated n had a job. Not all out black young men killing. This was his daily routine to sit on his porch.
Hope this family gets justice.
