A 30-year-old man suffered severe facial injuries this morning when he was
attacked by three intruders in his Northwest Side home.
The man was attacked shortly before 6 a.m. inside his home on the 2600 block
of West Potomac Avenue.
It was not clear if the man was followed inside or the attackers approached him
outside.
The three intruders took the man's wallet and other valuables before being
scared by the man's roommate.
The victim was taken in serious condition to Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital,
where his condition was stabilized
