26 year old man shot dead in Englewood
A fatal shooting occurred about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday in the West Englewood
neighborhood.
The victim was walking on a sidewalk in the 1600 block of West 59th Street
when a gunman confronted him on foot and fired shots, hitting the 26-year-old
man in the head.
That man was also taken to Stroger where he was pronounced dead,
