Police have issued an alert after a man dragged a woman from a bus stop and sexually assaulted her in a nearby gangway in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.
A man described as between 19 and 26 years old attacked the woman in the 1000 block of North Western Avenue early Monday morning.

Authorities describe the suspect as black, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He was clean-shaven, with a dark brown complexion, and was wearing diamond-studded earrings in both ears.
Police said he was wearing a green T-shirt, green shorts, black shoes and a black do-rag.
