Well most of the crime accounts for gang on gang activity...& law.abiding citizens usually lived in safer neibhorhoods anyway..now this law should stop all the mob attacks downtown & on the beach & armed robberies of stores & law abiding citizen that do travel thru the hood to get to where their going....honestly the goal is to control the crime & keep it within the gang community...& yes gang community...there's a gay community, latin community, religous community, gun community, political community, so y not a gang community..

The gang community exists because the people live in fear and dont tell them anything about being in front of their house,cutting through their ganways,vandalism,ect..
