24 year old man shot dead in South Shore
In the South Shore neighborhood, a man was shot in the back and critically wounded at 6:50 p.m. in the 2400 block of East 79th Street.
That man, 24, was pronounced dead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital at 7:26 p.m.
