19 year old man shot dead in Lawndale
In Lawndale, Alexander Mayo, 19, was shot in the 1300 block of South Avers Avenue around 1:30 p.m. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead about 3:50 p.m. He lived in the 100 block of South Cuyler Avenue in Oak Park.
