Freddy Lara, 31, was dead on the scene from multiple gunshot wounds in his West Lawn home in the 3600 block of West 64th Street
Lara's cousin, who lives at the same apartment, found him bleeding from a wound to his stomach about 10:30 p.m., though police said he was believed to have been shot earlier in the day.
