17 year old girl shot in Park Manor
A 17-year-old girl was also shot Friday night, about 8:45 p.m. in the 7600 block of South Rhodes Avenue. She was treated for a gunshot wound to her thigh at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County and released Saturday morning. She was not the intended target, but had been walking with young men who may have been.
2 adults, 1 juvenile shot in Garfield Park
Three other people were shot in the 400 block of North Sacramento Avenue about 1:50 a.m. Two 21-year-old men and a juvenile whose age wasn't available were wounded.
18-year-old was shot in Park Manor
An 18-year-old was shot in the 7200 block of South Prairie Avenue about 11:15 p.m. Police said the bullet grazed his leg and he declined medical treatment at the scene.
21-year-old man shot in Garfield Park
A 21-year-old man shot in the toe near Homan Avenue and Ohio Street about 1:40 p.m.Police said the 21-year-old had been shot in the same foot about a year ago
27-year-old man in Humboldt Park
A 27-year-old man in the 1100 block of North Spaulding Avenue about 7:40 p.m. the 27-year-old was shot in the arm but not cooperating with investigators.
24-year-old shot in Logan Square
Another person was found with a gunshot wound in the 2300 block of North Ridgeway Avenue about 2:55 a.m. The 24-year-old was driving when someone shot at his car, hitting him in the face. He flipped his car and damaged several others as he tried to flee the scene. He's in stable condition at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
