Man wounded in Far South Side shooting
A man was wounded this afternoon in a shooting on the Far South Side in the city's Longwood Manor neighborhood.
Shortly before 1:30 p.m., a man, believed to be in his 60s, suffered a gunshot wound to his shoulder.
The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious-to-critical condition
