Chicago pulls another bloody rabbit out their ass

A deaths was ruled justifiable and not considered a homicide, police said. In that incident, Malcolm Dobbey, 27, was shot in the armpit in the 12100 block of South Indiana Avenue about 2:10 a.m. Sunday. Dobbey, of the 600 block of East 92nd Street, was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center an hour later, but it's not clear what happened prior to the shooting. Officials have ruled his death justifiable saying he's kind of dead but not dead enough to include in Chicago's homicide totals.
