2 in custody after man shot Canaryville
Officers saw someone shooting out of a car in the 4300 block of South Union Avenue about 10:20 p.m. and followed it to 4700 S. Princeton Avenue, where the shooter's car collided with a squad car. Two officers were injured in the collision, treated, and released from University of Chicago Hospital with minor injuries.Police later found a 27-year-old shot in the 4300 block of South Union Avenue, and he was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Medical Center.

28 year old man shot in Brainerd
A 28-year-old man was shot about 4:45 p.m. in the 9600 block of South Peoria Street in the Brainerd neighborhood. He's in good condition with a wound to his right ankle
28 year old man shot in Chatham
At about 4:30 p.m. a 28-year-old man was shot in the right leg near 79th and State streets in the Chatham neighborhood and walked into St. Bernard Hospital with the wound.
30 year old man shot in Englewood
A man, 30, was shot about 2 p.m. at 57th and Throop streets in the Englewood neighborhood. He is in stable condition at St. Bernard Hospital
