Chicago police issued a community alert this afternoon warning about a
criminal sexual assault early this morning on the city's Southwest Side.
Shortly after 3 a.m., a 48-year-old woman was sleeping in her home on the
5200 block of South Nagle Avenue when she was awakened by a man who sexually
assaulted her.
Police only had a vague description of the man, saying he is tall, thin and
was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.

It is never just one catagory of crime that takes over a hood, it's always the full compliment. It's like all the criminals move in and start working it.
Has anyone ever studied the change layers in transitioning hoods?
