Two men kidnapped a 15-year-old girl in the Marquette Park neighborhood but she
was able to escape after they drove into an alley.
The two covered the girl's eyes and carried her to their car in
the 6600 block of South California Avenue around 7:30 p.m. last Thursday. They drove to a nearby alley but she was able to escape,
One of the attackers was described as black, 30 to 50 years old, between 200 and
250 pounds, about 6 feet tall with a medium complexion, short black hair and a
beard. Police said he was wearing a brown coat and white tee shirt.
The
other attacker was described as black, between 25 and 30 years old, with a
medium complexion and short black hair. He was between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10
and weighed between 140 and 170 pounds, police said. He was wearing a black
Pelle Pelle coat.
Their car was a black or dark green four-door sedan.
Police said the car "was in poor condition" with black leather seats.
