Man shot dead during Carjacking
In a shooting, a male was killed about 9:30 p.m. during an apparent carjacking in the 1100 block of South Austin Boulevard.
The male, whose age was not immediately released, was shot multiple times. He was rushed to Loyola University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
