Prosecutors say Emil Kozeluh, 29, was one of two men who killed Alexander
Duran, 32, after attempting to rob him in October 2005.
The
first man charged, 28-year-old Christopher Kronenberger of
Westmont, is serving a 60-year sentence for the killing.
Authorities believe that after luring Duran to the park under the pretense of
a drug deal, Kozeluh and Kronenberger attempted to rob him. At some point, one
of them shot Duran in the back of the head, and the two set the car on fire.Kozeluh was paroled on Wednesday after serving six years in prison for aggravated robbery. Agents from the FBI's Task Force Gang Investigations Unit 193 arrested him Friday afternoon in the 16900 block of Alder Drive in Lockport.
