Mayor Emanuel announces new partnership to eliminate homicides in Chicago
With Chicago's homicide numbers hovering around 470, Mayor Emanuel at a news conference today announced a new partnership with a group called "Plan Apparent in da Hood" stating, "Today is a historic day for the city of Chicago. The city along with the Federal government and Plan Apparent in da Hood, have joined forces to totally eliminate homicides in Chicago from this day forward. From now on, all violent deaths in the city of Chicago will now be classified as late- late term abortions. After all, we support a community's right to choose and our commitment to women's and community's rights shall never waiver, thank you."
