Derrick Baldwin, 33 of the 2200 block of North Halsted Street was charged on Nov. 3, with criminal trespass charges. The additional charges were filed when he appeared in court today, according to Tandra Simonton.
Baldwin was charged today with home invasion and aggravated criminal sexual assault.
All the charges stem from an incident Oct 28 in the 500 block of West Kinzie Street, according to a source. The man broke into the home of a 29-year-old woman and sexually assaulted her
