Fatal crash on Dan Ryan

The accident occurred on the expressway near 26th Street at about 4:30 a.m..
One person was pronounced dead on arrival, and fire officials transported four people to area hospitals in critical condition.
All of the injured had to be extricated from their vehicles.
Two of those injured were taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, and two were taken to Northwestern Memorial
