Three men were hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in the
Uptown neighborhood.
The shooting happened at 9:27 p.m. near the 5000 block of North Winthrop
Avenue.
The shooting left a 22-year-old, a man in his 30s, and another man whose age
was not available, critically injured.
All three were taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for
treatment.
A 46-year-old man was shot in the thigh, abdomen and buttocks, and later died at the hospital
