28-year-old man shot in Pilsen

At about 2:05 a.m., a 28-year-old man was shot in the neck in the 900 block of West Cullerton Avenue in the Pilsen neighborhood. He's in serious condition at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County. A relative first drove him to Rush University Medical Center but he was transferred to Stroger
