25-year-old man shot in Lawndale

About 8:50 p.m., a 25-year-old man in the 3600 block of West Polk Street in the Lawndale neighborhood was shot multiple times after someone opened fire from inside a gray Pontiac Grand Amz. The man told police he wasn’t sure why he was shot. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.
