Pizza deliveryman shot during robbery attempt
A pizza deliveryman was shot in the leg during an attempted street robbery in the
East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.
The 28-year-old worker was wounded just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 3100
block of Monroe Street.
The man was making a delivery when he was accosted by a gunman who demanded
cash and then shot him
