Man shot in Park Manor

A 33-year-old man was shot in the head and chest about 5:15 a.m. Sunday after getting into an argument in the 500 block of East 75th Street. The man was shot in his head and "lower extremities" and was taken from the Park Manor neighborhood to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
