Cook County eyes tax hikes- City and County prepare taxpayers for the old 1-2 punch

First it was Mayor Emanuel planting the tax raise seed, now it Crook County "reformer" Board President Toni Preckwinkle looking to raise taxes.

Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle is considering a combination of targeted tax and fee hikes along with cutting costs to bridge what's expected to be a $115 million budget shortfall next year.
