Chicago Teacher's Union Verses Mayor Emanual one big scam
How the scam works-
The Teachers Union and Mayor pretend to fight over the unions benefits.
*The Mayor looks like he's standing up for the taxpayers
*The cry goes out " We have to think of the children"
*After about a week of play acting, the teachers get their way.
When it comes time for the union to give out political contributions, they funnel their money back to their so-called "adversary"
In the end the taxpayers get screwed
