23-year-old man shot in Avalon Park
A 23-year-old man was shot about 3:40 a.m. in the 7900 block of South Stony Island
Avenue in the Avalon Park neighborhood. He drove his car four
blocks south to 8300 S. Stony Island Avenue and was then taken to Jackson Park
Hospital with wounds to his shoulder and elbow
