31-year-old man shot in Logan Square and 1 million dollars of taxpayer's money isn't enough for CeaseFire to snitch

A 31-year-old man was shot in the leg about 1:30 a.m. in the 3100 block of North Monticello Avenue in the Logan Square neighborhood and is in good condition at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center
