The shooting happened about 1:15 p.m. in the 7900 block of South St. Lawrence
Avenue.
Two men wearing masks shot three people: a 20-year-old man who was dead on
the scene, a 17-year-old girl in the lower back, and an 18-year-old man in the
leg and lower arm.
Christopher Spraggins, 20, of 348 E. 76th St., was pronounced dead
on the scene while the male in his late teens was pronounced dead at 2:14 p.m.
at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Police said the teen girl was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where she was in
serious condition.
The gunmen ran eastbound after the shooting and fled into a car
