A 31-year-old man who had gotten into an argument with another man was fatally
shot this morning in the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side.
The shooting happened on the 1600 block of North Pulaski
Road at 10:30 a.m.
Robert Snipes of the 2000 block of North Kostner Avenue was
pronounced dead at 11:07 a.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Police said Snipes was seen arguing
with another man on the street shortly before the shooting.

shot Snipes before fleeing in a tan-colored minivan
