Man shot in Humbolt Park
A man sitting on his porch drinking beer was shot about 5:30 p.m. on the 2600
block of West Crystal Street in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. He was treated
and released for a gunshot wound to the leg from John H. Stroger Jr., Hospital
of Cook County. Someone approached him and the two exchanged words
he was shot
