24-year-old man shot in Austin
A 24-year-old man was shot in the wrist during an attempted holdup by two men in
the 0-100 block of North Central Avenue at about 11:23 p.m. The
victim was taken to Stroger in good condition. Both men fled without taking
anything from the victim
