24-year-old man shot in Pullman
A 24-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the hand while he was standing with
three other men in the 12100 block of South Emerald Avenue.
The shooter emerged from a gangway and opened fire, striking the man, police
said.
The victim took himself to Roseland Community Hospital
