2 shot in Lawndale

In the first shooting a 13-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man were shot as they were standing in the lot of a gas station on the 3700 block of West Roosevelt Road in the Lawndale neighborhood.
The shooting happened at 11:20 p.m. after two other people approached the victims and began firing.
The 13-year-old sustained a gunshot wound to his abdomen and right arm. The second victim was shot in the upper right thigh.
