A man was shot on the 3400 block of West 83rd Street about midnight. His age wasn't available but he was taken in critical condition to
Advocate Christ Medical Center. He was in surgery as of about 2
a.m.
UPDATE:
A 28-year-old man was pronounced dead this afternoon several days after being
found shot in an Ashburn alley.
Leon Poe of the 3100 block of West 84th Place was pronounced dead at 1:30
p.m. at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak
