40-year-old man shot in Roseland

At about 7:15 p.m., a 40-year-old man was shot on the 300 block of West 104th Place. A man approached him and asked for a lighter, and when he replied that he didn't have one, the other man shot him a few times. He's in stable condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center.
