20-year-old man shot in the Oakland neighborhood.
At about 12:40 a.m. a 20-year-old man was shot on the 4100 block of
South Ellis Avenue in the Oakland neighborhood. He was shot in the upper left
torso and is in critical condition at John H. Stroger Jr., Hospital of Cook
County
