Man shot in Garfield Park
About 5 a.m., a man was shot in the area around Kedzie Avenue and Washington Boulevard in East Garfield Park. He was shot in the chest and the wound appears to be self-inflicted, though it's not clear if it was an attempted suicide or an accident
