A 21-year-old woman was shot and killed on the 3900 block of West 19th Street in the Lawndale neighborhood about 4:33 a.m., police said. She was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
UPDATE:
Michelle Gregory of the 7600 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue was pronounced dead at 5:02 a.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital, according to a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office. Gregory suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
