21-year-old man shot in the Lincoln Park neighborhood

About 5 a.m. Friday, a 21-year-old man was shot by someone in a black SUV on the 1600 block of North Lake Shore Drive in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on the North Side. The man was walking  when an SUV carrying four males pulled up alongside and someone inside started shooting, police said, hitting the victim in the ankle.
A "Good Samaritan" brought him to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition
