18-year-old shot in Heart of Chicago neighborhood
About 2:40 a.m., an 18-year-old man walked into Rush University Medical Center with a gunshot wound to his arm, police said. The man told police he was shot near 1800 W. 17th Street in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood
