44-year-old man shot in Garfield Park neighborhood

A 44-year-old man was shot in the thigh and side about 2:25 p.m. in an alley behind 3900 West Jackson Boulevard in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition with multiple gunshot wounds after being found in the 4000 block of West Gladys Avenue
