19-year-old man shot in the Rogers Park neighborhood
A 19-year-old man was shot by someone inside a red sedan after an argument Friday night in the Rogers Park neighborhood. He was shot in the lower back just after 9 p.m. and taken to St. Francis Hospital of Evanston in serious condition
