Police: Relative tentatively I.D.'s 2 toddlers left on street in Englewood

A relative has tentatively identified two toddlers dropped off alone by someone in the 7100 block of South Normal Avenue in Englewood who then drove away.
Police at first did not know the names of the boy and girl found Friday evening. They're both about 2 years old, 30 inches tall and weigh about 30 pounds.
The two have now been tentatively identified by a relative, although it was not certain whether they have been reunited with their family this morning
They were dropped off by someone in a white minivan.
Both were put in the care of the Department of Children and Family Services
