Man kill in Little Village

In the Little Village neighborhood, a man in his late teens or early 20s was shot and killed after being beaten during a possible robbery attempt.
The man was found in the street on the 3000 block of West 23rd Street about 3:30 a.m., near an alley between Albany Avenue and Whipple Street.
A man he was with was also beaten, police said. His condition wasn't available.
Police said the beating and shooting may have followed a robbery
