24-year-old man shot in Austin
A 24-year-old man was sitting on steps on the 5200 block of West Quincy Street in the South Austin neighborhood when someone inside a light-colored passing sedan opened fire.
The man was shot in the neck and taken to Mount Sinai hospital in serious condition.
