Man shot dead in South Shore
At 9:10 a.m. police responded to a person down and found the victim, identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner's office as Derrick Holliday, lying face down with a gunshot wound to the head in the back of a building in the 7400 block of South Merrill Avenue
